Clear Terms and Conditions
Sessions are 50 mins and arranged at your preferred frequency. The session is payable if you fail to attend and sessions will end on time even if you arrive late.
Fees and Insurance FAQs

Agreed fees are paid by bank transfer on a weekly basis unless otherwise agreed.

Payment is due no later than 7 days after receiving an electronic invoice and will be paid by bank transfer.

48hrs advance notice is required to cancel a session. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given you will be expected to pay the full fee. When possible, an alternative time will be offered for that week but is not guaranteed. If no alternative slot is found the full fee is still payable.

If more than 48hrs notice is provided, sessions will be rearranged without any extra charges incurred.

If you are late for the start of the session it will still end at the agreed time.

If your sessions are covered by insurance please email your membership number and authorisation details to us including the number of approved sessions.

Call your insurance provider to confirm coverage as it depends on the scheme you or your employer has purchased. Insurance providers do not disclose personal details of their members to others, so we are unable to confirm this for you.

If you have been referred by your insurance company and you wish to extend allocated sessions, your therapist will be happy to write a report based on your presentation. Please note that this report may contain some personal information you disclosed during your sessions and will, by necessity, be written in professionally clinical language.

Invoices will be sent to your insurer for payment.
